We ordered a new heavy duty workbench online and this store delivered the banged up floor model. It still had the price flyers taped to it and the top was covered in old dirty tape residue from previous flyers. It's the exact workbench we saw on the floor in the store when we decided to order a new one online. Floor models are considered a used product and it is a violation of Colorado Consumer Protection Law to pass off a used product as new. They offered first to take off $100 and then $50 and then $100 again. Given this workbench is $1100, we felt a 5-10% discount for a used damaged product wasn't nearly enough and had them come back to get the workbench. We called Home Depot's online customer help and even though this was an online order, they said there was nothing they could do. We didn't expect much since this is the second workbench we tried to order through Home Depot. The first shipped back and forth between Ohio and Texas for 3 weeks and they never could figure out how to actually get it in route to Colorado. We ultimately had to cancel that order. The heavy duty workbenches are top quality, the trouble is just trying to actually get one.

We showed up way earlier and we notified them that we had this big load we have the trailer right in the loading dock area and then they tell us to move ahead and they start loading up other trucks with items and they just are not helping and i believe that i am going to have to load over 48 pieces of wood alone and we are pro members

4450 N Fwy Rd, Pueblo, CO 81008 Home Depot. I’m disabled. I asked for help. They left me sitting on Home Depot buckets forever. I kept asking. They kept promising someone would be over. I waited and waited. Nobody showed up. I threw what I had in my hands on the shelf and left. Typical. These stores don’t want us shopping there anymore. There’s nobody working and they completely ignored me. Made me feel like an a-hole just sitting on buckets in the aisle waiting and waiting. People looking at me. I ordered from Amazon. Should have done that in the first place. Edit: (to reply) They made me feel like a retard. It was demoralizing. You need to do better than an AI response. Amazon answered my questions. I got the product I needed plus the other things I would have bought at Home Depot. Home Depot left me sitting on buckets (which I had to find) while they helped everyone else who could walk around the store and find an employee. Won’t be going there again or ordering online.

Yesterday we were shopping in the lumber department.We found the bay with the size we needed, but it was full of other sizes - not the one marked. We needed 1 x boards and had to move a bunch of 2 x 4s first to get to them. Also we'd checked the website to get a price and it didn't match up with what they were priced in the store. So, we finally got done and checked out - I had a coupon the Home Depot Credit card people had sent me to take a certain amount off if I spent a minimum of $100. The clerk scanned the coupon and nothing happened. He told me to call the number on the back of the credit card and they would fix it. Big surprise! They did NOT fix it - I was on there for an hour with 3 different people. I called again today and a lady told me that if the scanner doesn't work on those coupons, the clerk is supposed to manually enter the numbers. Not sure if he was lazy or uninformed. Overall, it was frustrating. Lowe's will be our destination now.
